If you don't know me, you're about to

For most of you that have come here, you know me from facebook. You have probably read my regular rants about my kids and how often they drive me crazy. If you came here from browsing, please feel free to enjoy. This blog will become either your favorite go to or a reason to judge me based on what you read. Either way, you're here right? So let's get started.

I'm a mom of two little kids. A boy and a girl. The "million dollar family". If by that they mean you'll spend all your money on them, then yes ok that's exactly what it is. My son, Koen, is 6. Typical boy. Aspires to be a ninja. Thinks girls are icky and at least 3 days a week he randomly becomes a vegetarian...but only after I have made his dinner plate. Oh and of course, he has ADHD. Yay for me right?!
My daughter, Nevaeh, is 4 going on 20. She is NOT a princess. Just overly dramatic about almost everything. She is my personal bully. And by that, I mean she will both conpliment how pretty I am, and then remind me that my thighs jiggle when I exercise. Dream career for her varies between being a Vet and living with mommy forever...judging by her attitute at 4, I've concluded I'm completely ok with sending her to the best and most expensive college as far away as possible.
As for me, well I'm your average single mom. In a relationship but soley responsible for the turds that make me a mom.
I sometimes lose my shit. And that's ok, I promise! Yes, I love my kids; I care for them; I give them everything you can imagine. In return, they get to deal with my tantrums about how they are cute little jerks who more often than not, invade my bubble.
Really, it equals itself out.

Oh, I'm also very open about what irritates me when it comes to parenthood, and that occasionally offends parents who insist that kids are angels.
But I will call bullshit on that later.

For now, I've got 2 kids that "need me really bad!" and "just have to have cuddles" before bedtime because if they don't get them they just "won't be sleepy enough for bed".

Stick around. It'll be fun.

It'll be even more fun once a bottle of red and I become well acquainted.
